Terms of the engagement

1. Distance service agreement

This agreement is made between the Seller above and the business that confirms the engagement (the Client), at a distance, through the website and e-mail or LinkedIn messages.

1. Service. One analysis and configuration engagement for one approval process in the Client's Salesforce sandbox, as described on the Engagement page, delivered remotely within five working days of access being ready.
2. Price. EUR 2,900 for one process. VAT and other taxes are applied where the law requires them and are shown on the invoice.
3. Payment. By bank transfer when the Client confirms the engagement. An invoice is issued for every payment.
4. Start. Work starts on Day 1, after the one-page scope is signed and sandbox access is granted.
5. Delivery. The deliverables listed on the Engagement page are handed over on Day 5. Delays caused by missing access or unavailable people move the dates by the same number of days.
6. Client duties. Provide a sandbox, an administrator login and the people listed on the Engagement page. The Client is responsible for its own production environment; the Seller does not deploy to production.
7. Confidentiality. Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential. The Seller uses the Client's configuration only to deliver this engagement.
8. Ownership. The Client owns the documents and the configuration delivered. The package software stays the Seller's and is licensed to the Client free of charge for its own use.
9. Liability. The Seller's total liability is limited to the price paid for the engagement, except where the law does not allow a limit.
10. Business customers. The service is offered to businesses only, not to consumers.
11. Law. Turkish law applies. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.

2. Cancellation and refund

• Before Day 1 starts: the Client may cancel and receives a full refund within 14 days, to the same payment method.
• After Day 1 starts: the Client may stop the engagement at any time. The days not yet worked are refunded at EUR 580 per day, within 14 days. Work already delivered stays with the Client.
• If the Seller cannot start within 10 working days of the agreed date for reasons on its side, the Client may cancel with a full refund.

3. Privacy

• Website. The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and has no forms. The 3-question test runs in your browser; your answers are not saved or sent.
• Engagements. To deliver an engagement the Seller processes the names, work e-mail addresses and roles of the Client's contacts, and configuration metadata from the Client's sandbox. The Seller does not need and does not request customer records.
• Purpose and legal basis. Performance of the agreement and the Seller's legal obligations (invoicing and accounting).
• Retention. Sandbox access is removed at handover. Working copies of configuration are deleted within 30 days of handover. Invoices are kept for the period required by law.
• Payments. Card payments are processed by a licensed payment institution; the Seller does not see or store card numbers.
• Your rights. Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Article 11 and, where it applies, the GDPR, you may ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object. Write to the e-mail address above.

Mesafeli hizmet sözleşmesi. Satıcı, yukarıda bilgileri yer alan şahıs işletmesidir (Armağan Tekin, Sarıyer Vergi Dairesi). Hizmet: Müşterinin Salesforce sandbox ortamında tek bir onay süreci için uzaktan yürütülen, beş iş günü süren analiz ve yapılandırma hizmetidir. Bedel: 2.900 EUR; vergiler mevzuata göre faturada gösterilir. Ödeme: havale ile, hizmet onaylandığında; her ödeme için fatura düzenlenir. Hizmet yalnızca işletmelere sunulur. Uygulanacak hukuk Türk hukukudur; İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.

İptal ve iade. 1. gün başlamadan iptalde ödemenin tamamı 14 gün içinde aynı ödeme yöntemine iade edilir. 1. gün başladıktan sonra müşteri hizmeti her an durdurabilir; çalışılmamış günler için gün başına 580 EUR 14 gün içinde iade edilir. Satıcı kaynaklı nedenlerle hizmet kararlaştırılan tarihten itibaren 10 iş günü içinde başlamazsa, müşteri tam iade ile iptal edebilir.

Kişisel verilerin korunması (KVKK). Web sitesi çerez, analiz aracı veya form kullanmaz; test cevapları kaydedilmez ve gönderilmez. Hizmet kapsamında müşteri temsilcilerinin ad, iş e-postası ve unvanı ile sandbox yapılandırma bilgileri, sözleşmenin ifası ve yasal yükümlülükler amacıyla işlenir. Sandbox erişimi teslimde kaldırılır, çalışma kopyaları teslimden itibaren 30 gün içinde silinir, faturalar yasal süre boyunca saklanır. Kart bilgileri lisanslı ödeme kuruluşu tarafından işlenir, satıcı tarafından görülmez ve saklanmaz. KVKK 11. madde kapsamındaki haklarınız için yukarıdaki e-posta adresine yazabilirsiniz.
